Revoluscion

Very interesting blend of three vintages, with aromas of ripe pear, quince and aromatic vegetables of tarragon, celery and fennel. Nice body, fresh pushed by a high minerality.

​Notes:  hints of apricot, grapes, dried fruit, yeasts, walnut husk.

Pairings: various appetizers, cheese and salami platters, oily fish, grilled
