2019 Moulin a Vent, Jean Paul Dubost

Fresh and juicy Moulin-à-Vent, made by Domaine Dubost. Notes of dark berries, rose and and herbs. Very flavorful Gamay with soft tannins and easy acidity. Delicious with grilled meats or veggies, rabbit stews and aged cheeses.

Domaine Dubost has been transitioning his vineyards to biodynamics since 2005 and ferments all of the wines with natural yeasts. The crus are made without sulfur or other additions.
