Ça Sulfit

Very likable Pet Nat from Bergerac, that we would recommend to all beginner drinkers of natural wine, as it is so delicious and TOO easy to drink. Fresh and elegant bubbles with notes of citrus, jasmine, elder flower, pomelo and very pleasant minerality. Great with oysters!

Grapes: 70% Chenin Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris
