Grape: Rivaner (Müller-Thurgau)

Very fresh on the nose, explosion of yeasts and lovely, milky consistency. Beautiful light yellow-orange color, very cloudy. Clearly visible how unfiltered the wine is. As crazy as it looks, it is a lovely introduction to Pet Nat and a delicious crowd pleaser.  

Henrich’s ‘’experiment’’ with Pet Nat. Normally they work with spirits, but their german natural sparkling wine turned out very well! Pretty charismatic Pet Nat made on Ryvaner grape, also known as Müller Thürgau.
