Notes: Nutty and slightly smoky pome fruit scent with delicate herbal aromas, light woody hints and a certain minerality.

Taste:  Cool, polished and tart in the mouth, fine juicy, bright fruit, smoky, nutty and delicately woody spiciness, quite clearly salt on the palate, herbal nuances, fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, very good finish with ethereal traces.

Expressive Pinot Blanc, aged on new oak barrels for 12 months. We can taste wood characteristics with salty and herbal notes, combined with juicy sweetness and spicy smoky finish.
